Using the service
RosterMe is a professional tool for building and managing team rosters. You agree to use it lawfully and only for the team or organisation you're authorised to roster for.
Accounts & accuracy
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Rosters, timesheets and requests should be accurate; RosterMe helps produce a roster but decisions about staffing remain the responsibility of your organisation and its coordinators.
Availability & changes
We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features, or these terms, at any time.
Disclaimer & liability
RosterMe is provided "as is", without warranties. The rosters it generates are suggestions based on the rules and data you provide and must be reviewed by a responsible person before use. To the extent permitted by law, Peanut Express is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including staffing or payroll decisions made using it. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
